1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website airroofers.eu, its subdomains, or using our B2B software services, you accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Use and our B2B Conditions Générales de Vente (CGV).
2. Platform Access & Portal Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials used to access the B2B Customer Portal. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at administration@airroofers.eu.
3. Cryptographic Key Usage & Restrictions
Our software products are protected by cryptographically signed license keys. You are strictly prohibited from distributing keys to external parties, reverse-engineering the licensing daemon, or tampering with the registry.
4. Intellectual Property
All software codes, portal designs, database structures, and logos are the exclusive intellectual property of AIR ROOFERS SASU. Any unauthorized reproduction is protected under French intellectual property statutes.
5. Platform Availability & Liability
We endeavor to maintain high-availability access to our portals and licensing registries. However, we provide B2B services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without liability for off-grid network failures.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed and construed in accordance with French legislation. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
