Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription to any AIR ROOFERS software product (including Mandatag Core and AeroBill Core) at any time. To cancel, navigate to your Customer Self-Service Portal and select "Cancel Subscription". Your subscription will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the immediate digital delivery and cryptographic lock issuance of our software licenses upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for any partial subscription periods or unused license seats. For technical difficulties, contact our desk at administration@airroofers.eu.
3. Service Suspensions
If a recurring payment fails or is charged back, the licensing synchronizer will immediately suspend the associated license keys in the Mandatag central register, rendering the client-side system inactive until payment is resolved.
