1. Instant Electronic Fulfillment
All software products offered by AIR ROOFERS SASU are entirely digital. No physical shipping, packaging, or storage media are dispatched. Consequently, worldwide shipping and handling fees are €0.00 (free).
2. Provisioning & Licensing Sequence
Upon successful payment confirmation via Stripe or PayPal checkout, your licensing entitlements are processed automatically: instant license key dispatch via email, binary access grant to our download system, and B2B self-service account activation.
3. Manual Audits for High-Security Tiers
For custom enterprise and GovTech products (such as CiviScore Registry or NaijaGovOS Secure Node), delivery is subject to regulatory clearance. Due to international trade regulations, these licenses undergo a manual security audit and require up to 48 business hours.
4. Resolution of Delivery Discrepancies
If you have not received your cryptographic licensing token or invoice confirmation within 15 minutes of transaction completion, please inspect your spam directory, confirm that the payment was debited, and contact administration@airroofers.eu.
